It is recommended that all golfers have or have access to a copy of the Player's Edition of the Rules of Golf.

For those new to golf, it is recommended that  a  copy of a spiral bound laminated copy of the "Rules of Golf - A Quick Reference" is well worth having in your golf bag. This is an illustrated version of the most important rule changes that happened in 2019.
