Using the EG app the player concerned has clicked on her latest score on her dashboard and the following card has appeared. In the top right hand corner you see PCC: 0

A Worldwide meeting of World Handicap System chiefs has agreed alterations need to be made to the calculation. England Golf  having shared 12million anonymised scores from England & Wales, with the R&A & USGA researchers the "conclusion was the calculation was too conservative"

(This is possible born out by the above player only having one PCC of other than zero in her counting twenty scores).

The specification for the calculation is being rewritten at the moment, and as soon as it is available it will be feed into the system
