The deadline for this will be Midnight on the Sunday before the Saturday unless stated on the monthly sheet

  The time sheet  will be prepared on the Monday and will be posted on the website as soon as possible afterwards. 

PLAYING ALLOWANCES

Different Playing Allowances are applied to different golf formats, so that all players or teams have an equal chance of winning. It has been proven that the World Handicap System favours the higher handicap  players, hence why the 95% playing allowance has been applied to Qualifying Medals and Stablefords Competitions.

The sheet for signing up for Suumer Eclectics is on the board in the locker room. Summer Eclectics run from 1st April to 30th September

At the committee meeting on Monday 6th January, the committee voted to remove the Local Rule, introduced on 1st January 2023 (and updated on27th June 2024) requiring all handicaps to be on the scorecard.

However, the committee would ask that to help the Handicap Committee & the player's playing partner, who will be marking the card that players put their Handicap Index, Course Handicap & Playing Handicap on their scorecard. Failure to do so will not incur any penalty.

To play  in a cup competition you must have played in 3 qualifying competitions in the preceding 365days to the Cup Competition.

Competitions when your score is doubled or tripled. PLEASE NOTE the computer cannot double or triple your points. If the timesheet requires score Entry,  make sure  your gross scores and normal stableford points are correct and then after coming away from the PSI, if using, you can check your double or triple points and total.

If you wish to enter the Saturday Aggregate Shield for this year, you must sign the Saturday Aggregate Shield list on the board in the locker room before you play in your first AGS competition, otherwise you will be automatically entered in the Tuesday Aggregate Shield.

Please note the first Saturday AGS competition is on Saturday 29th March
