PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS ON TIMESHEET  as to whether scores should be entered on mobile devices or on the PSI or whether a photo only should be sent to the Handicap Secretary. When entering scores on mobile device or psi a photo of your cards must be sent  to the Handicap Secretary.

Players who do not send a photo of their card to the Handicap Secretary, under the Rules of Handicapping will be disqualified as they have not returned their card, so their scores can be checked. It is the score on your card that counts, so if you enter the incorrect score on the system the Handicap Secretary will rectify your entry.

The sending of cards is for the Handicap Secretary's (or Assistant's) convenience, so they do not have to remain at the club to collect cards.

Ladies must keep their Score Card till the results have been published.

QUALIFYING COMPETITIONS 

A qualifying competition is a competition in which your score will affect your handicap index i.e. it will count as 1 of your last 20 scores that are used in the calculation of your Handicap Index.

NON QUALIFYING (FUN) COMPETITIONS - Individual Formats

A non-qualifying competition your score does NOT count towards your Handicap Index

NON QUALIFYING (FUN)COMPETITIONS - Team

A non-qualifying competition your score does NOT count towards your Handicap Index
