The Div 3 team of Lynn, Barbara, Val, Sally and Terry played away at Goodwood Downs course on Wednesday 2 nd April. The sun shone and the skies were blue butoh that wind. Balls travelled sidewards and peaks blew away. Even Sally’s trolley had a mind of its own and wandered off into the greenside bunker on the 16 th !!

We had to say a very big ‘aaahhh’ to Barbara. Having lead all the match her opponent clawed her way back and won on the 18 th . Barb had never played Goodwood so very well done. On a brighter note Lynn managed to get the better ofher partner again on the 18th . Unfortunately, this was our only win with the final score

4-1 to Goodwood.
